Do I have to report suspected child abuse?
In Kentucky, ANY person who knows or has "reasonable cause" to believe that a child is a victim of child abuse or neglect has a duty to make a report to the Child Abuse Reporting Hotline (1-800-752-6200) of the Cabinet for Health and Family Services (CHFS), local law enforcement or Kentucky State Police, the County or Commonwealth Attorneys’ Office.
