KY Department of Public Advocacy is hosting expungement clinics throughout Kentucky during 2025. Each free clinic is hosted by an agency or organization within Kentucky. Attorneys will be on-site at each clinic to review Kentucky background checks, advise about expungement eligibility, and provide information about the expungement process.
